Select GENERATE NEW EVALUATION found at the bottom of the page (in blue font). OK, this is important! Select the little bubble next to "Program: Film and Video". Again, put in the current term. Then select the "Generate Request" button located just under Term. You will be asked whether you want a General, Detail, or Additional Info. Select "Detail Requirements" the select "Generate Evaluation" and your current status will be available for printing. Before printing, you may want to set your Page Set Up to landscape orientation. |
