Flu Vaccinations

We have completed our 2011 Flu Clinic Campaign and therefore will not be hosting any more clinics on campus. Flu shots are still available by appointment at our office - call (616) 988-8774 to schedule.  Appointments are open to all faculty, staff, retirees, families, students and community members.

GVSU Faculty/Staff/Retirees/Dependents:

A flu vaccination is a covered benefit provided by GVSU Human Resources.  Employee G# is required. 

GVSU Students and Community Members:

Cost is $25.00 and we accept cash, personal checks, or credit/debit cards. Individuals with health insurance may bring their insurance card for courtesy billing; however payment must be made at the time of service.
