Mail is picked up and delivered after the morning USPS mail has been received and sorted (usually between 10:30AM and 11:30AM). Our morning runs consist of:

South Run: Calder Art Center, Lake Ontario Hall, Lake Michigan Hall, Performing Art Center, Library, Lake Superior Hall, Lake Huron Hall, AuSable Hall, Kirkhof Center

North Run: Field House, Cook/Dewitt, Student Services Building, Padnos, Commons, Manitou, Mackinac

The afternoon run (2:45PM) stops at Manitou, Lake Michigan Hall (business office) and Administration.

Bulk mailings and packages will be picked up from the "mail area" of each building or upon request from your department (large mailings/items). Advance notice is greatly appreciated for large and high priority bulk & first class mailings. This will help ensure that your mailings are processed and sent out on time.

Grand Rapids, Holland, Muskegon
Morning deliveries/pickups are made to the Holland Meijer Campus, Van Andel Institute, DeVos Center, Eberhard Center, Cook-DeVos Center for Health Sciences, and the Depot Monday through Friday. Afternoon deliveries/pick ups are made to the DeVos, Eberhard Centers, and Ferguson Family Health Center Monday through Friday. The Pew campus copy/mail van will take intercampus and outgoing mail from CDCHS to DEV at 1 PM Monday through Friday. Morning pickup/deliveries are made to MCC and WRI in Muskegon on Tuesdays and Fridays.
