Brooks College Criteria for Review, Tenure & Promotion

  • 2010 Evaluation Criteria: All faculty hired since Fall 2010 should use this document. All faculty on the tenure track are encouraged to use this document, as they may find it best captures their work in Brooks College. However, faculty hired before 2010 may use the 2007 Evaluation Criteria.

University-Wide Policies for Review, Tenure & Promotion

Declaration Form: Intention to Seek Promotion and/or Early Tenure

Must be filled out by faculty who intend to be promoted to Associate Professor or Professor. Must also be filled out by faculty intending to go up for early tenure. Due dates are a semester ahead of the intended review: October 15 for early tenure and promotion to Associate Professor; March 30 for promotion to Professor.

Personnel Committee Record

Form used to document membership of a candidate’s personnel committee. Used in cases where faculty outside the reviewing unit participate in personnel reviews.
