This interactive and engaging session is designed for individuals eager to discover and leverage their unique strengths for personal and professional growth. Participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery by receiving an exclusive access code to uncover their Top 5 Strengths using the CliftonStrengths assessment. Led by Jeremy Paul, Assistant Director of Student Life and Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, this workshop goes beyond conventional leadership approaches by introducing the transformative concept of strengths-based leadership.

Key Workshop Highlights:

Discover Your Strengths: Participants will gain insight into their Top 5 Strengths through the CliftonStrengths assessment, unveiling a personalized profile of their innate talents.

Theory of Strengths-Based Leadership: Delve into the theory behind strengths-based leadership and understand how focusing on individual strengths can lead to greater success, satisfaction, and effectiveness in leadership roles.

Practical Application: Learn how to apply your strengths in everyday scenarios, whether in academic, professional, or personal settings. Through interactive exercises and real-world examples, participants will develop a clear understanding of how to leverage their strengths for optimal performance.

Team Dynamics: Explore the power of collaborative leadership by understanding how diverse strengths within a team can be harnessed for collective success. Discover strategies for building cohesive, high-performing teams.

Meet Your Facilitator: Jeremy Paul

Jeremy is an alumnus of Otterbein University (BA) and received his Master's of Education degree in College Student Personnel from Ohio University. Jeremy is a proud member of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. He contributes to the fraternity and sorority life field by serving on the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors Region III Membership Team, the NASPA Fraternity & Sorority Knowledge Community Board as an Education Co-Coordinator, and by facilitating programs for fraternity and sorority members nationwide. He is also a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and is available to facilitate strengths-based programs and training for organizations at Grand Valley State University.

Jeremy is also the founder, speaker, and coach of We Can Move Mindsets.
