*Check in is at 9:30 a.m. and the Parent & Supporter program runs 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Students and parents/supporters follow separate schedules throughout the day. Students will rejoin parents/supporters upon completion of registration.

The Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships will provide information about the billing
process at Grand Valley State University.

Student Safety

Join the Grand Valley State Police Department and learn how they provide a safe environment
for students to learn, live, and work.

Lunch & Resource Fair

Eat where your student will dine their first year and enjoy an afternoon resource fair.

Career Starts First Year: Engage & Connect

Learn how the Career Center can help your student connect early and connect often.

Student Mental Health: Navigating the First Year

The University Counseling Center will explore what to expect during your student's transition to college and provide both tips and resources for navigating this transition, including campus mental health resources.

Living & Dining On Campus

Join the Housing & Residence Life and Campus Dining staff to learn about the benefits of living on campus and how your student can make the most out of their meal plan.
