Health Forum of West Michigan
The Health Forum of West Michigan is hosted by the Office of the Vice Provost for Health and Midwest Interprofessional Practice, Education and Research Center at Grand Valley State University and is scheduled on the first Friday of each month during the academic year. The forums are coordinated under the collaborative leadership of our community partners with sponsorship provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. The Health Forum engages health care practitioners, health care and business administrators, educators, students, and community members in critical health-related conversations that are pertinent to our communities. Our panels of experts are not only health care providers and administrators, but also government, business, and community leaders who bring diverse perspectives to the discussions.
All Health Forum of West Michigan events are free and open to the public. Our topics are subject to change so please check our website for most current information!

Dear GVSU Health Forum of West Michigan participant,
The Health Forum of West Michigan on Mental Health and Suicide, scheduled for Friday, April 3, 2020 at Grand Valley State University, has been cancelled. The Health Forum planning committee has, of course, been closely monitoring the developing situation related to COVID-19 virus. Due to the ever evolving and unpredictable nature of the situation and out of an abundance of caution for all involved we have decided to cancel the event. Our April event would have been our last event for the academic year. We appreciate your support of the Health Forums and look forward to seeing you in October when we resume our Health Forum series.
Our audience will be notified by e-mail regarding the 2020-2021 Health Forum topics when they become available.
Questions may be directed to Diane Dykstra at firstname.lastname@example.org or 616-331-5876.
