Log in to Emma
Remember: As this is a third-party system, your username and password may not be the same as your network log in!
To make Emma more secure, the vendor is implementing one-time verification as an additional, automated check to ensure that your account is under your control.
When you login from a device or location that the system does not recognize, Emma sends a verification message containing a unique and time-sensitive verification code to the email address connected to your Emma account.
When you receive the verification email, you will need to:
- Retrieve this verification code from the email sent to your inbox
- Copy the code from the email
- Paste the verification code into the Emma login screen
This code confirms that you are a verified user of your Emma account.
This requirement will go into effect by the end of May.
