Want to exercise but don’t like the way it makes you feel? This class is designed for generally healthy faculty and staff who want to develop a routine for movement in a fun way. Qualified instructors will guide participants through energizing low impact fitness routines twice a week and provide motivational weekly communications. Comfortable clothing and tennis shoes are encouraged. Two eight week sessions offered during the winter semester on the Allendale and Pew campuses. Cost: $10 for each 8 week session.
