Ever wanted to try SPINNING, Yoga or strength training? A variety of fitness classes are open to GVSU faculty, staff and family members each Fall, Winter and Spring/Summer. New for 2018 is HIIT! High Intensity Interval Training involves quick bursts of cardio followed by rest or active recovery. Modifications are always provided, so any and all fitness levels are welcome.
