Stress and Burnout

Some of us have found ourselves working in a job we love, but find that at times it can be extremely taxing either physically, mentally, or emotionally. Being exposed to high amounts of stress can put you at risk of compassion fatigue or even burnout. In this course, you will learn ways to identify where you currently fall in regards to workplace satisfaction along with ways to practice self-care to improve your overall quality of life both at work and at home.
