Students to showcase engineering, computing projects

Small sumo robots that wrestle in a ring, a machine that sorts recycle containers, and research about safe beer brewing are among projects that will be on display December 10 at Grand Valley State University's Project Day.

About 200 high school students from schools in the Grand Rapids area will attend the event to see and interact with 50 projects created by Grand Valley students in the Seymour and Esther Padnos College of Engineering and Computing.
