AWRI seeks interns, offers scholarship opportunity

The Annis Water Resources Institute is seeking students to fill various internship roles.

R. B. Annis internships will be awarded to undergraduate students to conduct research at AWRI. Applicants from all disciplines are encouraged to apply; the paid internships will run for 14 weeks. The D. J. Angus-Scientech Education Foundation will award an internship for a student to conduct research projects this summer. It is also a paid position.

A gift from Bill and Diana Wipperfurth creates an $1,800 scholarship opportunity for juniors, seniors or graduate students that will be awarded for the fall semester.

Criteria for all these opportunities is online at www.gvsu.edu/wri, click on "Undergraduate Funding Opportunities." The deadline to apply for these positions is March 12.
