Empty file being uploaded

If a file that is submitted to an Assignment is open at the time of submission, an empty file is uploaded instead. This may be isolated to Windows 10. Blackboard and Microsoft have been notified to correct the issue. In the meantime, do not open the source file after selecting it for upload into Blackboard or attempt to use a different web browser such as Chrome or Firefox work best.
