School/Organization Group Visit

The Admissions Office is happy to host group visits for educational organizations. Visits include socially distanced group presentations, followed by a campus tour. These group visits are designed specifically for schools/educational organizations looking to bring a group to campus. Scheduled in-person groups should have a minimum of 10 visitors and a maximum of 60.

Group visit requests should be submitted at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability. Once a request is submitted, an Admissions staff member will contact you to confirm visit date/details. If a request is submitted over the weekend, you will receive a response in 1-2 business days.

Group Visit Guidelines

  • In-person group visits are offered Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
  • Visits that include a presentation and campus tour will last approximately 2 hours.
  • Some accommodations may be unavailable during the spring/summer months or during GVSU school breaks.
  • Group visits are scheduled based on availability. Every attempt is made to accommodate date/time requests, however, office hours and campus events may limit availability.
  • Please let us know in advance if there are any special accommodations required.
  • Specific visit details can be discussed with the Admissions staff member during the visit confirmation process.
