A Postdoctoral Fellowship is available to a highly qualified individual trained in aquatic environmental chemistry and toxicology. The position will be housed at AWRI, where the successful candidate will work with faculty on projects focusing on watersheds and water bodies local to the region, as well as be responsible for teaching one course (to be determined) per year. The initial appointment is for one year with benefits and a competitive salary, with continued funding available for two additional years contingent upon satisfactory progress.

Summer 2018 AWRI internship applications are now online! Are you a GVSU undergraduate student interested in conducting your own research this summer? Students from all disciplines are encouraged to apply for 5 internships funded by AWRI and the R.B. Annis Foundation. Interns will join a lab at AWRI for 14 weeks and will receive money for wages, a travel allowance, and supplies for their research. All applications are due by 5 PM on Friday, March 2, 2018.
Students that will be at the junior, senior, or graduate level at GVSU in fall 2018 are also encouraged apply for the Bill & Diana Wipperfurth Scholarship. Students must apply by Thursday, March 1, 2018.
