Student Food Pantry... Small Donations... BIG Difference

It is our vision that the Student Food Pantry will be self-sustained by the GVSU campus community.  In order to make our vision a reality, we need your support.  Please consider a donation to the Student Food Pantry.  Some donation suggestions include:

• Soup
• Vegetables
• Rice
• Fruit
• Tuna fish or chicken
• Cookie/ muffin mixes
• Paper products
• Cereal
• Granola bars
• Microwave popcorn
• Pasta
• Feminine hygeine products
• Laundry detergent
• Toiletry items
• Peanut butter
• Juice
• Gift cards to local grocery stores
• Campus Dining gift cards

Donations can be dropped off at the Women's Center or you may contact the Women's Center to arrange for your items to be picked up.  We would also like to suggest that campus departments consider organizing their own food drives, establishing a office collection site, and other ways of showing collective support for this initiative.

Monetary donations are welcome as well.  Checks can be made payable to the Women's Center with "Student Food Pantry" in the memo line.  Donations are tax-deductible and a receipt will be issued by University Development.
