1. Patrons may visit the Box Office in Grand Valley's Performing Arts Center, Allendale Campus, 12 noon-5 p.m. weekdays, or purchase by direct mail or FAX through our Box Office, using the order form below. You may pay by check or major credit card (FAX purchases require credit card payment). No service fee for tickets purchased directly through Grand Valley's Box Office in this way.

2. Patrons eligible for complimentary tickets must reserve seats only by visiting our Box Office in person.

3. Telephone or online orders with credit card payments are processed only through StarTicketsPLUS, which will impose a service charge on each ticket you purchase. Contact StarTicketsPLUS at (616) 222-4000 or 1-800-585-3737, online at www.StarTickets.com, or in person at any StarTicketsPLUS outlet in the region.

4. During regular business hours, call our Box Office with questions regarding group rates, the content or length of the play, arrangements for travel, parking, handicapped access, 'signed' performances for the hearing-impaired, and other matters. For information on upcoming theatre events and our theatre training program, contact our Box Office or visit GVSU Theatre and Shakespeare Festival Web sites.

5. All sales are final so be certain before purchasing tickets that you will be able to attend the performance. House staff will seat latecomers at the first available opportunity in the performance, and in locations that may be different from those marked on tickets.  If we are holding your tickets at the Box Office for your pickup, and you do not claim them at least 2 minutes prior to curtain, they will be re-sold to other patrons.
