Description
GVSU student volunteers are needed for the Fall Science Update conference on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at the Kirkhof Center, Allendale Campus. This annual conference is for K-12 educators and the theme this year is "Implementing STEM by Design." The day consists of participants attending five 60-minute sessions on science content and pedagogy.
Students who volunteer for at least 2 hours can attend the conference free of charge. Volunteers are expected to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time of the session. Please read the conference brochure here and choose the sessions you would like to attend, if you have preferences, before proceeding to the form.
