Exhibitors-Fair Day Overview
Check-in
Please stop by the check-in table in the Grand River Room upon your arrival. PIC staff will be wearing blue GVSU t-shirts and will be on hand to guide you to your designated table.
Exhibitor Space
One (6' or 8') table and two chairs will be provided for displaying materials.
Access to electrical outlets are limited but may be available upon request (not guaranteed). You may request access on your registration form or by sending an email to [email protected].
Parking Info
Lots H2 and H4 will be available to the public. These lots are located right across the street from the fair venue (Kirkhof Center). MAP
Parking permits will NOT be required. Ticketing will NOT be enforced for Lots H2 and H4.

9 -10: Check-in and set up
10 -3: Tables staffed by exhibitors
3:00: Close of fair
8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Room 2259 Kirkhof
*Continental breakfast provided
11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Room 2259 Kirkhof
*Lunch provided
Promotional Materials
For your convenience, you may mail fair materials in advance. Materials may be shipped at any time. We will deliver the materials to your table the morning of the fair. Please direct shipment to the following address:
