Our Institute housing is located directly across Fulton Street from the Pew Campus, in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids. Winter Hall features fully furnished one-person and two-person/two-bedroom efficiencies with air conditioning and on-site workout facility (for use by Secchia & Winter Hall students). Wireless internet is also provided. This is the most convenient and, most likely, the least expensive accommodations. Apartment layouts and furnishings are depicted below. There will be bed linens, towels, and basic kitchen utensils also included. Laundry is located on the first floor and is free for residents. Parking is included.

Winter Hall rooms need to be reserved within two weeks of acceptance to the institute or by Friday, April 1, 2016.

Rates for one-person efficiencies are $650 for the duration of the institute from May 30 to June 24.

Staff is on-call 24 hours per day to handle guest concerns.

Special note: NEH regulations indicate that in no circumstances will family members be allowed to attend sessions.
