Since graduating, Veronica Kirin has started six companies, traveled the country to interview the Greatest Generation to understand how technology has changed everything, published a corresponding book and documentary film called Stories of Elders, and she continues to travel the world regularly. Learning French fed my degree in Anthropology and certainly helps me get along when I visit Paris! The French professors were fantastic at teaching not just the French language but also French culture and history, which I think is pivotal to successful travel and relating to others.
