Teaching Emphases Program Standards

Math Teacher Certification Programs awarded National Recognition Status:

Our teaching emphases have been awarded National Recognition status (recognized through 2027) by the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) / Council for Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP). The NCTM CAEP Program Standards define the knowledge and skills exhibited by graduates of the elementary and secondary programs. The Elementary Emphasis program is being sunset and no long accepting students starting Fall 2021
