Freshman Queer Alliance

The Freshmen Queer Alliance (FQA) provides first-year students an opportunity to develop a connection with GVSU, the LGBT Resource Center, and other queer and allied freshman students. Through weekly meetings and outings, FQA participants build lasting relationships with one another and develop strategies for a successful first-year.

Participants that successfully complete this program will be encouraged to apply for the Pipeline: LGBTA Leadership Program.

To register for FQA, please submit a registration form, via e-mail or hard copy, to the LGBT Resource Center (1161 Kirkhof or lgbtcenter@gvsu.edu) between the hours of 8am-5pm; Monday-Friday.

FQA meets on Thursdays at 7pm
