August 20 March 15 April 6 Proposed Changes under the alternative site framework to KOM FTZDate: March 15, 2012 The KOM FTZ requested authority to reorganize under the alternative site framework. The proposed service area under the ASF would remain Kent, Ottawa and Muskegon counties in Michigan, within and adjacent to the Grand Rapids U.S. Customs and Border Protection port of entry.
Comments on this request are due no later than May 7. See Federal Register Docket# 2012-5688 filed 03/07/2012 for full details.
