Notice to Constituents
The Kirkhof College of Nursing (KCON) is looking forward to hosting visitors from the Commission of Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) for its upcoming re-accreditation review of its Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Master of Science in Nursing, and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree programs. Our nursing programs will undergo a rigorous evaluation by the on-site team on October 19-21, 2016 to extend our accreditation by the CCNE until 2027. Members of our community, as well as students and alumni will have an opportunity to meet with site evaluators during meetings that will be scheduled during the visit. As we finalize the agenda for the visit, we will notify invited parties of the scheduling of these meetings. All parties associated with KCON are invited to provide written input regarding its nursing programs to the accreditation team. The submitted comments will be provided to the visit team, but at no time will they be shared with KCON. Written and signed comments will be accepted until 21 days before the visit. This deadline is September 28, 2016. Comments can be emailed to CCNE at the following address: email@example.com. Or, if you prefer, comments can be sent via U.S. mail to:
