Add a Dependent

To add an F-2 Dependent to your SEVIS record, we need to collect several pieces of information from you. Please gather the required items and submit through this form. We will verify your information and, if everything is in order, process in SEVIS.

Please note you will need to submit this form for each dependent you wish to add. Only spouses and minor children (under 21) can be added as F-2 dependents for an F-1 student.

Processing Time: all immigration requests are expected to take about 1 week (5 business days) to process.
