Teaching Areas/Interest:

Professor Stansbie is available to mentor students in the areas of Tourism Careers and Adventure Tourism and Commercial Recreation.

Teach undergraduate classes in International Tourism (HTM 202), Hospitality Information Analysis (HTM 373), Adventure Tourism (HTM 380) & Hospitality Management Capstone (HTM 495).

Academic & Community Activity:

2007 - Present: Department Chair.  Responsible for 7 full time faculty in the co-ordination of education to approx 500 HTM majors and minors.

2004 - Present: Chair of College's Curriculum Committee.  This role entails reviewing and advising faculty on new course proposals and other curriculum matters for delivery in the College of Community & Public Service.

2004 - Present: Chair of the Faculty Advisory Committee, offering a supporting role to the College Dean in all matters that concern the development & growth of the College of Community & Public Service.
