Housing Rates
Grand Valley features some of the newest and most affordable housing in the state.
In addition to the convenience of paying for your housing with your student account (you can choose a one-time payment or pay on an installment plan), your housing costs also include all of your utilities, including local phone service and access to the Internet through the Grand Valley campus network. Each living center and on-campus apartment complex also features coin-operated laundry facilities for residents.
