The Student Transfer Enrollment Partnership (STEP) is an academic support program that provides an early student link between Grand Rapids Community College (GRCC) and Grand Valley State University. The mission of the program is to help underrepresented students succeed as they work toward an associate's degree, prepare to transfer to Grand Valley, and ultimately complete a bachelor's degree.
