GVSU Program

Ormskirk, United Kingdom -- This program will take place at Edge Hill University in Ormskirk, situated near Liverpool and Manchester in a 12th Century market town. Students will visit the physical settings of some of the most important authors in the English literary tradition, including Shakespeare, the British Romantic poets and Charles Dickens. Additionally, students will have the opportunity to work on their own writing as they experience and explore the United Kingdom. Contact Dr. Jo Miller or Dr. Jim Persoon with any questions, or apply online at www.gvsu.edu/studyabroad

Non-GVSU Programs

If you want to gain credits studying abroad and the international programs created through GVSU are not the best "fit" for you, GVSU does have partnerships with several international universities in the study abroad organization which would allow you to create a specialized program for you.

When participating in these program options, students will receive GVSU credit for the courses taken abroad and may apply GVSU financial aid toward program costs. Students who participate in non-GVSU programs are still required to complete GVSU's online application for study abroad (OASIS).
