The 2019 Civic Engagement Showcase is pictured. This year's event is set for April 6 in the DeVos Center, Hager-Lubbers exhibition hall.
The Civic Engagement Showcase returns in April after a three-year absence and organizers are seeking proposals from faculty, staff and community partners who want to highlight their initiatives or programs.
The showcase is April 6 from 4-7:30 p.m. in the DeVos Center, Hager-Lubbers exhibition hall. The event will highlight civic and community partnerships, programs and initiatives.
Travus Burton, director for Civic Learning and Community Engagement, said proposal submissions are being accepted on a rolling basis online through March 3.
"This showcase will be a celebration of engagement and a lot of sharing of ideas," Burton said. "We look forward to having a platform for these campus-community partnerships to shine."
Questions about a submission or the event can be directed to Burton at [email protected].
