7:30-8:00am (breakfast provided)
8:00-9:00am Presentation by Dr. Nadine Kammerlander

Family businesses are often portrayed as traditional, but evidence shows that they can also drive innovation. But how can they excel in a rapidly changing, technology-driven world? In this talk we will discuss the (dis)advantages of family businesses in terms of innovation, the role of the next generation and the potential of collaboration.

Nadine Kammerlander is one of the most prolific family business scholars in the world and her profound knowledge of family business innovation, governance and ownership has given her the recognition as Global Top100 Family Influencer (Portal Family Capital, 2020, 2022).
