Athletic and Recreation Facilities

Due to ongoing facility improvements and enhancement projects, select outdoor field and turf spaces will have limited availability June 1, 2026 through August 15, 2026. During this time, these areas will only be accessible through approved reservations and will be closed for general drop-in use. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve our recreation and outdoor spaces for the campus community. Please reference the facility map for updated access points, alternate routes, and detailed closure information.

Beginning July 7, the Cable Machine Area (Selectorized Area) inside the Recreation Center will be closed for renovations through July 23. We are excited to bring improvements to another section of the facility for everyone to enjoy. 
 

The renovated space will feature all-new TechnoGym cable machines, a strip of turf, new lounge areas and additional cosmetic upgrades throughout the area. We are eager to get you back to the cable machines, and turf, as soon as possible, please note that project timelines are subject to change due to delays or unforeseen circumstances. 

Beginning July 13, the locker rooms located in the weight room area of the Recreation Center will be temporarily closed for maintenance and facility improvements. The closure is expected to remain in effect through July 24. Please note that all dates are tentative and subject to change based on project timelines and facility needs.

During this period, Recreation Center users are encouraged to use the alternative locker rooms located on the lower level of the Fieldhouse. These locker rooms will remain available during normal facility operating hours and can be accessed by all Recreation Center users.
