Academic Record Release, 2023-24

The TRIO Educational Talent Search Program is required to track the number of TRIO ETS participants who advance to the next grade level at the end of each academic year, as well as the rates of graduation among the 12th graders we serve. This information is used to calculate the overall rates of advancement and graduation that we report to the U.S. Department of Education.

Some schools require written permission from a parent or guardian each school year in order to release this information to our program, so if your son/daughter does not attend one of our 11 target schools, you will have to complete this form each school year in order for him/her to remain in the program.
