| Students who attend UDLA's intensive Spanish programs often refer to the programs as the "pyramid immersion program." At times, we felt the same way. We visited (and climbed!) pyramids at Cholula, Cantona, Yohualichan, Cacaxtla, Hochitecati and Teotihuacan. Each site was very different and added to our understanding of the connections between the culture and history of Mexico and the role played by religion, economics and politics. |
