Approach to Therapy: I prioritize creating a safe environment for students to bring their full, authentic selves. I appreciate being able to support students as they explore who they are and become who they want to be. This journey often involves accepting emotions and acknowledging relational patterns while considering one’s identities, experiences, and contexts. It is my belief that when students offer their expertise of their experiences and I bring my expertise in mental health, together we can create lasting change.
