Board of Trustees approves Religious Studies Major & Minor

Grand Valley's Board of Trustees approved a new religious studies major and minor at its February 10 meeting.
The curriculum will begin in the fall semester. Wendy Wenner, dean of the Brooks College of Interdisciplinary Studies, told board members that this integrated program combines best practices of current religious studies courses and four new courses.
“Our hope is that students will increase their skills in intercultural understanding,” Wenner said.
