START / GVSU Requires 2 RCN Reports:

1.   A Narrative and Financial Report at Mid-Year.
2.   A Narrative and Financial Report at the End of the School/Contract year.
 
Time Period of RCN Narrative and Financial Reports:
  • Final End of the Year Report covers the WHOLE academic year: September 1, 2008 thru June 30, 2009 and is due in the START Office by July 10, 2009 and MUST include a Final Financial/Expense Closeout Report from your Business Office, showing all funds expended and this will serve as your subcontract close out.  Please attach an official final expense report from your accounting office showing all of your money spent down.

Please send your End of Year Narrative Report & Recruited Coach Rosters in electronically as an attachment to Melissa Adair at adairm@gvsu.edu
