Fulton St. 388C DEV Grand Rapids, MI 49504	Regional Collaborative Networks (RCN) Manual Accessibility and sustainability are two of the primary objectives of the Statewide Autism Resources and Training (START) project. The premise of the START model is that information, training, and support need to be locally available for school systems and families, and must be institutionalized in order to continue beyond grant funding. Therefore, a key goal of this project is to link schools, universities, and agencies within each region to create Regional Collaborative Networks (RCN).
