Content Training (2 days) for Trainer/Coaches, Team Coaches, and General Participants

• Delivery of content information
• Interaction with content information
• Focus on presentation style
• Post training discussion 

Implementation Day Training:  An overview of EPLI and expectations of participants as EPLI Trainer/Coaches and Team Coaches:

• Information on structure, logistics, competencies and proficiencies necessary for EPLI to be effective
• Training on presentation skills
• Training on leadership, teaming and coaching skills
• Information on using a collaborative problem solving process
• Trainer/Coach and Team Coach requirements

All individuals who have applied to be an EPLI Trainer/Coach or an EPLI Team Coach must attend the EPLI Implementation Training.

Competency Day Training (Trainer/Coach participants only)

• Demonstration of presentation skills using module content
• Demonstration of content knowledge through written exam
