The following is a brief overview of important information to consider when choosing the Alumni House for your event needs:

• The facility is available for use and rental by the University community of alumni, faculty and staff, students, parents, retirees, Board of Trustees, and departments of the University.
• Rental Rates for the Perry Dining Room are
  $700 for wedding reception only or special event
  $850 for wedding ceremony and reception
  $450 for wedding ceremony only
• Fifty percent of the room rental is required to confirm the event date 
• The dining room seats 150 people maximum (Standard Room Diagram)
• Any event that requires food or beverage service must use the University caterers (Classic Fare Catering)
• The Alumni House offers full alcohol service
• There are four overnight guest rooms available for rental to the University community
  $85 per night for double occupancy
  $75 per night for single occupancy
  Continental breakfast provided
