Description
In this exhibition, Brett Colley installed 150 small prints displayed on opposite walls. The project started in 2010 and the display is the largest to date.
Brett Colley earned his BFA in Studio Art from GVSU, and his MFA in Printmaking at the University of Iowa. In addition to Drawing, Brett regularly teaches Printmaking and Senior Seminar. His recent writing and studio work have assumed a broad, critical perspective on industrialized animal agriculture, examining the intersectional injustices of racism, sexism, ableism and ecocide inherent in our exploitation of other species. His projects as both an artist and curator have been exhibited in over 30 states and 6 countries.
