The ART Supply Sales system has two parts: The Order Form, and the Payment Form. 

1. ORDER: Create your order using the ORDER FORM. Once the order is completed you will receive an email with payment instructions that will link you back to the PAYMENT FORM on this page. 

2. PAYMENT: Pay for your order on the PAYMENT FORM below.
