For Current Military, Reservists, and Guard members
Our staff is committed to making your experience at Grand Valley State University an easy and comfortable transition. Please contact any of our designated staff for information or questions pertaining to enrollment and related resources.
If you will be using Department of Defense Tuition Assistance (TA), you are encouraged to connect with your unit's education advisor or installation commander prior to enrollment to determine TA availability and eligibility. When eligibility is confirmed, Grand Valley State University will instruct eligible students to complete the online application for TA. Assistance is provided, as requested.
Similarly, if you will be using the Michigan National Guard MINGSTAP program, check with your education advisor first to determine eligibility. Our staff can assist with processing.
If you need assistance, contact Student Accounts at 616-331-2209 to request help with military TA questions.
