If walking into a room full of strangers and having to network feels like your worst nightmare, you’re not alone. Many people do their best to avoid networking altogether, but this attitude can be detrimental to your success. Networking is about knowing people, while connecting and exchanging information. Join local GVSU students, faculty/staff, and area community members who are experts in their fields to build your professional portfolio. Whether you are applying to graduate school, looking for internships/practicums, or starting your job search soon, we highly recommend you take advantage of this opportunity.
Students who attend will also receive a FREE professional headshot typically used for social media profiles, websites, publications, and press releases. Valued at over $200 this will help set you apart!
