My experience abroad shaped me into a better version of myself and I don't think my words could ever truly describe what the experience did for me. I learned how small I am within the world, and there is so much more to the world than the place I call home. The travel bug is real and I definitely gained it from my experience. One day I would love to live and work internationally. The lessons I learned, places I have seen, and people I met will stay with me forever. I'm thankful for the opportunity to have gone abroad and I'm grateful Grand Valley was so flexible to let me travel where I was interested in my area of study.
