Description

Burnout. Racial Battle Fatigue. There are many synonyms for the invisible burden underrepresented populations, whether student, faculty or staff member, face on college campuses nationwide. 

In this workshop, we'll interrogate the tangled web of factors that contribute to disparate rates of retention, heightened tension, and generally poor health and wellbeing for members of the community on the margins, as well as strategize holistic solutions based in communal and self-care. ]
