"As dean of the Grand Valley State University College of Health Professions, I welcome you to our website. The mission of health profession education at Grand Valley State University is to prepare exceptional professionals who will impact the health and well-being of the larger community. The college offers a variety of programs that are appealing to anyone interested in the health professions. The College of Health Professions includes 15 academic programs -- one which is a clinical doctorate program (Physical Therapy); six of which are entry-level masters degrees (Clinical Dietetics, Medical Dosimetry, Occupational Therapy, Physician Assistant Studies, Public Health, Speech Language Pathology); and eight which are at the baccalaureate level (Allied Health Sciences, Allied Health Sciences - Respiratory Care, Cardiovascular Sonography, Diagnostic Medical Sonography - General (Abdominal & OB GYN), Health Information Management, Medical Laboratory Science, Radiation Therapy, and Therapeutic Recreation)."
