Details of special training
Must pass background checks, attend a 3 hour orientation, and have a flu shot and tb test. (provided by Spectrum Health)
Details of special skills
Must be very personable, enjoy conversation, have good self confidence, be independent, reliable and committed to your visits. It is also helpful to be able to set boundaries.
